Dave started his career at Kleyn in 1997 as a sales manager of trucks. He is now the proud co-owner and managing director of Kleyn Group. While always moving forward, looking for new markets and for improvements in existing ones, he keeps faithful to the base values that are part of Kleyn's culture. One of these principles is to maintain a flat and flexible organisation with a strong sense of community. A work environment where entrepreneurship within each employee is stimulated with a great amount of freedom and mutual trust.

Dave's mission for Kleyn is to remain world's first distribution network of used commercial vehicles. He believes this is accomplished by constant innovation and keeping a no-nonsense perspective. "Less talking, more doing" has proven a very succesfull attitude that has carried Kleyn untouched through a global economical crisis. One of his progressive feats has been a full commitment to online marketing and social media marketing. Kleyn Trucks was first in the industry to have a webshop where customers could place a heavy duty truck in a shopping basket. Dave will continue to lead Kleyn Group beyond the expectations of conventional business strategies, to keep this company the world's largest independent trader of used commercial vehicles.
